Candied Yams

  • 1-2 large cans of yams
  • butter
  • brown sugar
  • walnuts (optional)
  • mini-marshmallows
Slice yams and layer in casserole dish with butter and brown sugar with extra brown sugar and walnuts on top.

Bake for 35 minutes at 375 degrees.

Add a layer of marshmallows on top and bake for an additional five minutes or until brown.
