Dirty Rice

  • cook some rice (whichever kind you like) about 2 cups worth
  • add some canned tomatoes (I like the ones flavored w/ garlic and other spices myself) about 15 oz.
  • add some salsa (you decide how much)
  • add a can of beans ( I like red or black) 15 oz. can (DO NOT DRAIN BEANS)
  • you could cook some onions and peppers in some olive oil and throw them in too
  • add some chili powder and probably a little bit of salt and pepper
