Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. hash brown potatoes (thawed about 15 minutes)
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. margarine (optional)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
Mix all ingredients and bake uncovered in a 9" x 13" pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Top with shredded cheese, or parmesan cheese, or french onion rings.

Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
